This role involves providing high-quality therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, both online and in-person. You will work closely with individuals to address a range of mental health issues, facilitating their journey towards better mental health and enhanced life satisfaction. Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or groups Apply various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis Document client progress and maintain confidential records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Comfortable providing both in-person and online therapy sessions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice mental health therapy Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques preferred
