A company is looking for an Outside Mortgage Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises branch staff and develops business relationships with
customers
Implements business development programs to meet growth and profit
objectives
Participates in community affairs and ensures effective staff
utilization and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Substantial experience in retail banking operations
Ability to manage branch personnel to achieve objectives within
bank policies
Enhanced knowledge of the bank's products and associated forms
Working knowledge and experience on the teller line and/or CSR
platform
Able to make sound judgment calls and maintain composure under
pressure
